- After you have pasted the entire vase and it is completely dry, apply a small amount of putty in the spaces between the decor elements.
- After drying, paint the vase with contrasting colors: dark color - on the sections between the triangles.
Unusual cardboard vase
The production of such a vase is somewhat different from the previous version. In order to make a vase from cardboard, you will need:
- Narrow glass can, for example, from canned mushrooms.
- Cardboard.
- Scissors.
- Marker.
- Adhesive.
- Ruler.
Procedure:
- Begin with the bottom. Take the jar, attach it with the bottom to the cardboard and outline the contour with a marker - this will be your bottom for the vase.
- Cut it with scissors, adding a couple of centimeters to the drawn outline.
- From the remaining cardboard, cut a large number of thin stripes 1-1.5 cm wide. The width of all the strips should be the same, so for this purpose a ruler should be used.
- Cut from the obtained strips of the same lengths of 3-4 cm long. Their length depends on the diameter of the bottom of the future vase.
- Make the manufacture of the vase itself. To do this, paste the cardboard pieces along the edge of the bottom. You need to do this in such a way that the blanks do not go beyond the contour drawn by the marker.
- Place a second layer of cardboard pieces in a staggered pattern. In the same way, continue to spread the entire vase.
- Periodically insert the artifact in the jar to check that it climbs.
- When the bank completely disappears, work can be stopped. Leave the vat to dry until morning.
The next day a new vase can be used for its intended purpose.
Important! The bank inside can be left, then the construction will be somewhat stronger. In addition, such an article can be used as a candlestick, but then the candle must be inserted into the can.
