The energetic and charismatic showman Alexander Nezlobin is currently solving the housing problem, for which he has issued a mortgage. In order to pay it while housing is being built, Alexander and his family have to huddle in a hostel in the USA, where the showman comes to give his concerts. Alexander was born in Yekaterinburg and moved to Moscow on the recommendation of Sergei Svetlakov. Career went uphill, and after a while Alexander bought apartments.
Mortgage apartment
After the career began to take shape successfully and the first big money appeared, Alexander decided to save up for a down payment on a mortgage. It's no secret that the cost of apartments in Moscow is extremely high, and if you want to live in a good area, then even those who make good money have to save up for a long time. After some time, when the required amount was collected, Alexander and his wife bought apartments in a good residential complex on Patriarch's Ponds.
The total cost of the apartment is 33 million rubles. The territory is landscaped, here you can walk after a working day and enjoy beautiful views. Apartments in this area are the best solution for a young family who wants to live in comfort without leaving the city center.
The move has not yet taken place. The couple is waiting when they can move into a new home and, most likely, then they will delight fans with photos of luxurious Moscow apartments. Probably, the showman's wife is already considering the design of the future interior and selects furniture in the best showrooms in Moscow.
Hostel in the USA: common area and small room
According to Nezlobin himself, when visiting the United States, he has to live in a relatively inexpensive hostel in order to pay off his mortgage faster. He could afford more expensive and comfortable housing, but does not want to spend money on things that are not a priority now. Because of this, he and his wife constantly joke about their position, but do not feel at all disadvantaged. Before moving, Alexander and his wife lived in a small apartment of 34 sq. meters and now thank fate for the opportunity to build a life differently.
Success did not fall on Alexander by chance: before working on the TV show Comedy Club, he lived the same way as most Russians, not even counting on acquiring expensive real estate.
The hostel rented by Alexander is located in Los Angeles. In his interview on the popular YouTube channel Yuri Dudya, he said that he does not live in the USA permanently, but comes only to show himself and gather a new audience. Since the showman does not have his own real estate in the States, and in Moscow he needs to pay a mortgage, for life in America he had to choose a simple hostel at an affordable price, without any frills. The hostel is located near the clubs where Alexander performs. Thanks to this, you do not have to spend a lot of time on the road.
The United States is of great importance for spouses - in this country they had a daughter.
