True, the last measure should only concern newly released films and TV shows. But when showing old films it is supposed to demonstrate social advertising about the dangers of smoking. In addition, a total ban is expected from 2015 on smoking in all public places and a ban on the sale of cigarettes in stalls.
3. The bill on the electronic identity card
The Federal Migration Service of Russia developed and published a draft law according to which the main document certifying the identity of a Russian citizen in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as in various information systems, will be a citizen's passport issued in the form of an identification card with an electronic information carrier. Electronic cards are planned to be issued from January 1, 2015.Each citizen who has reached the age of 14 will become the cardholder. The card will only operate for 10 years, then it will have to be changed in order to maintain the relevance of the owner's personal and biometric data.
2. The bill on the protection of the feelings of believers
The sensational action of the punk band Pussy Riot was an impetus to the development of several versions of the draft law on the protection of the feelings of believers. Critics of documents say that the imposition of criminal responsibility for insulting religious feelings can lead to arbitrary interpretation of this rule and, consequently, to violation of the rights and freedoms of Russians. The concept of "insulting the feelings of believers" is very vague. So while legislators are working on wording and content of qualifying signs.
1. The bill on driving on winter tires
With the initiative to oblige drivers to use winter rubber in the federal center, authorities of Karelia applied at the end of last year. This bill proposes to impose a penalty for the lack of winter tires on the wheels of cars in the cold season.
