The shocking magician's castle
After a long search, Vlad Kadoni opted for a townhouse located just 10 km from Moscow in one of the villages of the Moscow region. The ex-participant of House-2 chose the Warsaw direction for a reason: it is only 10 minutes drive from the TV building to the cottage.
Two-storey townhouse with an area of only 180 sq. m built on a small plot of land. There are no more than six acres in the backyard, but this is enough to equip a comfortable seating area. Vlad Kadoni bought the house on a mortgage, because, taking into account the future renovation, he would not have enough of his own savings.
The townhouse is located in an amazing place not far from a birch grove. A convenient infrastructure has been created for residents in the village: shops are open, there is a sports complex with a swimming pool and a gym. The territory is equipped with comfortable walking areas.
An unexpected design choice
On the first floor of the house, Vlad made a small living room, a study and a kitchen-dining room. The second tier is traditionally occupied by sleeping rooms. The shocking magician planned to decorate the house in the style of Count Dracula with brick-concrete walls, black furniture and small torch lamps installed around the perimeter of each room.
Laconic hall interior
As a result, Vlad abandoned the idea of a gloomy home design. The entrance area begins with a small hallway that blends into the hallway. On the warm floor laid tiles with imitation of a concrete surface, walls and ceiling painted with snow-white paint. Against the background of light design, furniture made of solid dark chocolate color looks simply luxurious.

Strict kitchen design
There is a small kitchen opposite the entrance area. The style of furniture follows the group from the hall. Corner set made of MDF, painted in dark chocolate shade. The doors are decorated with linear chrome handles and complemented by silent door closers.
An integrated sink with a high mixer was installed on a snow-white quartz agglomerate countertop. Over hob consolidated built-in hood with additional lighting.
Unexpected accents in the living room
Gray tiles were laid on the warm floor in the living room. Several structures were installed on one wall. drywall and fixed the LED backlight around the perimeter. Surfaces beautified decorative plaster. The niches were painted in a beautiful golden hue, and the protruding panels imitate wet concrete.
The living room is divided into three zones. For rest opposite bio fireplace placed an elegant sofa upholstered in genuine leather, decorated with a carriage tie. A working corner with a black solid wood table was set up near the window. A stylish dining group with chrome elements was placed next to the entrance area. Initially, Vlad planned to buy furniture in England, and textiles and wallpaper in France. However, friends advised not to spend extra money, but to order everything in stores in the capital.
