Difficult stages of building a house
The musician thought about his own house several years ago, when it became clear that the square meters of the apartment were sorely lacking. Mikhail's wife reviewed more than a dozen options, until a longtime fan of the musician's work offered to buy in the Skolkovo direction a plot of land with an area of 25 acres almost cost price.
As a bonus, a small house was offered to the site, quite suitable for living. It was built of wood back in the seventies of the last century. At first, Mikhail Turetsky offered to live in an old cottage for a couple of years, with which his wife categorically disagreed. When the musician went on tour, she, with the help of workers, demolished the building and dug a foundation pit.
The wife of Mikhail Turetsky admits that during the construction of the house she was lucky twice: there was excellent funding thanks to her star husband. In addition, she was recommended an excellent team that did not disappoint even once.
Since there are not so many sunny days in our region, the couple chose a unique project with large panoramic glazing. This is a rather risky idea for our climate, but high quality insulation, as well as floor and ceiling convectors installed around the perimeter of the rooms, created a completely comfortable atmosphere inside the house.
Layout and unique design
It took only two years from the beginning of the construction of the house to the move. All the design was done by Liana, the wife of Mikhail Turetsky. She carefully thought out the general direction, and a designer friend helped to competently translate the ideas into reality. In general, the interior of the house is made in eclectic style in snow-white colors with bright accents.
Traditionally, the ground floor houses a hall, a spacious fireplace room with a second light, as well as a kitchen, dining area and a swimming pool. The second tier is occupied by the private master bedrooms and a mini-living room. On the third floor, children were equipped, each room has its own bathroom.
In the process of creating the ideal interior, disputes sometimes arose between the spouses. Liana considered all the details from an aesthetic point of view, Mikhail - from a practical one.
It was important for the musician to avoid gilding, museum luxury and monograms.
However, Mikhail still allowed antiques, but only those that could be used. For example, an ancient ashtray, inherited by the family, and a crystal vase were chosen as decoration. Liana found several more unique items in Genoa - real salt and pepper shakers from the Baccarat company.
Elegant interior of the fireplace room
On the ground floor, a spacious hall flows smoothly into the living room with a second light. Dark granite was laid on the floor, and a beech board was laid in the recreation area. The unique fireplace. A huge plasma and home theater was installed next to it. The wall was faced with natural stone in gray-green tones.
Designer upholstered furniture in red and white colors was installed in the recreation area. In the center of the room was placed a small high-strength glass tablethat looks weightless and does not weigh down the interior. A handmade Persian silk carpet with a bold geometric print was laid on the floor.
Spectacular dining area
The dining area adjoins the fireplace room. A huge solid dining table with a glass top was set up here. Chairs with snow-white covers were placed around. High legs and openwork decor of the backs are painted in scarlet. The space is illuminated by a spectacular cylindrical chandelier with LED spotlights inside. Decorates the wall original panel with the image of spring tulips on glass and colorful portraits of the owners.
Perfect kitchen design
There are no unnecessary details in the kitchen, everything is quite simple and convenient. The snow-white solid wood corner set is effectively set off by the stone countertops and apron in black with golden splashes. The working area is located on the island. Cozy living room on the balcony
An elegant staircase with granite trim leads to the upper floors. The steps are made of beech wood and painted with matt lacquer. The fences are made of chrome-plated metal rods with solid railings. On the balcony, a small cozy living room was equipped with designer sofas upholstered in snow-white and scarlet leather.
A low solid wood coffee table was placed in the recreation area, on the tabletop of which the image of Marilyn Monroe was engraved. Several rows of spotlights illuminate the space. For the collection of graceful figurines, tall display cabinets with glass doors were placed near the window.
Romantic bedroom of the spouses
The interior of the spacious bedroom of the spouses is made in pastel colors. The main place is occupied by a huge bed with a large headboardcovered with golden leather. The wall above the back is decorated with a painting depicting a giant tulip. Consoles complement the furnishings instead of bedside tables. A dressing table with curved legs was placed in a niche near the window, and a strict mirror in a solid wood frame was hung above it.
The bedroom has an exit to a spacious terrace with a seating area. The room is illuminated by a ceiling chandelier with shades in the form of roses, which are ideally combined with the bedspread on the bed. IN spacious dressing room have established open shelving with drawers and baskets for storing accessories and shoes.
There is a bathroom nearby, decorated in beige tones. For decoration, large-format tiles were used in combination with elegant mosaics. An oval bowl with a chrome-plated floor mixer was placed in the center.
Bright colors in the office
In the office, open shelves for documentation were installed along the walls. Mikhail has placed all his creative awards on the upper shelves. A solid solid wood table, painted white, was placed in front of the window. A luxurious office chair covered with scarlet leather was matched to him.
Original accents in nurseries
The third floor was allocated for the daughters. Parents from childhood teach girls that they should have a personal space, designed in accordance with their own interests. Each has its own character, so the interiors are different. The youngest is romantic, the middle one is inquisitive, the older one loves exemplary order. In addition, one room was designed as a playroom, in which the whole family often gathers in the evenings.
