Family nest in the suburbs
The estate of Oleg Tabakov is located in one of the most picturesque places in the Moscow region, surrounded by a forest not far from Istra. A plot of about two hectares is located in the village of "Kino" next to the houses of Yegor Konchalovsky, Nadezhda Mikhalkova, Sergei Solovyov and other creative figures.
It took several years to build the luxurious mansion. The project was developed by Marina Putilovskaya, she also supervised the construction and was engaged in interior design. The architect felt the warmth of the star couple so much that she wanted to make the family nest similar to its eminent owners.
Marina Zudina always dreamed of her own winter garden, but she had to abandon this idea. The soil was washed away by the keys, and a more reinforced base would have to be made. The rest of the house turned out to be very familiar, cozy and without bright colors and decor.
Design project for arranging a luxury home
Oleg Tabakov expressed only one wish with regard to the house: the estate should harmoniously fit into the surrounding landscape and be combined with picturesque nature. The architect suggested using natural wood to the maximum for the interior design, which will fill the interior with special warmth and homeliness.
Arrangement of a spacious living room
The walls of the living room with a second light were sheathed with a polished board and covered with a protective matte varnish, which retained the beautiful natural structure. For the floor chosen parquet board, the diagonal layout visually increased the area of the spacious room.
Thanks to double glazing, the living room is always filled with light. For the design of the lower tier, we chose delicate tulle a light yellow shade and spectacular curtains in green and gold tones. They decided not to decorate the upper windows so as not to impede the penetration of sunlight into the living room.
In the recreation area, two antique sofas with legs in the shape of lion's paws were placed. The classic upholstery in red is decorated with a gold floral print and delicate tassels.
The living room also has a fireplace that looks like a real work of art. The hearth was set against the background of a mirrored wall on a marble podium with a beautiful natural pattern. The elevation was decorated with beige mosaics and gold inserts. The portal was decorated with extraordinary flowers made of marble fragments.
A special aura in the dining room
They decided to equip the dining area near the exit to the veranda. Knowing Oleg Pavlovich's love for antiques, family friends presented him with a unique gift - a set consisting of a round table and elegant Empire style chairs. Furniture made from Karelian birch, marked the beginning of a new collection of the famous director. In the future, the house was gradually filled with other antiques acquired in different parts of the world.
The architect considered that ordinary heating radiators do not fit into the interior of the house at all, therefore, instead of them, the room is heated in winter by modern floor convectors. Each room has several decorative grilles in front of panoramic windows and entrance doors. Thanks to forced ventilation, warm streams evenly warm up the space.
Art museum in the lobby
For the decoration of the hall, the same materials were chosen as for the living room: parquet board on the floor, solid wood on the wall. The only difference is the ceiling. Several symmetrical niches were made in it, in each of which elegant lamps in the form of metal buds were installed.
The main decoration of the hall is a magnificent painting, which depicts Oleg Pavlovich surrounded by his favorite artists, applauding their leader. The canvas was hung over an antique Karelian birch chest of drawers with curved side doors and hand-painted facades.
Oleg Tabakov's office
In the office it seems as if Oleg Tabakov was away from home for a minute. Marina Zudina kept all the items exactly in the form in which the owner of the house was used to seeing them. All furniture is made of Karelian birch, which perfectly matches the flooring. Above the antique table of the 19th century there still hangs a portrait of the beloved wife of the owner of the house, decorated in a strict gilded frame.
The decorator replaced the upholstery of the armchairs and the sofa; the striped silk fabric, according to the expert, was better suited to the design of the estate in the Russian style. Opposite the window is a classic sofa sofa with a high soft back and strict armrests made of solid wood. The office is decorated with elegant sconces with lampshades made of delicate black fabric with gold braid and bright cherry round pillows.

Cozy bedroom of Marina Zudina
The bedroom was decorated very comfortably and without bright accents. The main place is occupied by double bed with an elegant figured foot covered with snow-white fabric. The high headboard is upholstered in beige fabric and decorated with capitonné stitching. On both sides there are antique bedside tables on low legs with patinated facades.
In front of the foot of the bed there is an elegant solid wood sofa, painted white. The bedroom is illuminated by classic sconces with light fabric shades and spotlights on the ceiling. Next to the bed there is a chest of drawers made of Karelian birch, above which there is a huge mirror in a solid wood frame.
Home garden decoration
On a huge territory during construction work, the craftsmen tried to preserve all the trees. Paved stone paths on both sides were decorated with ornamental shrubs and low lamps in the English style.
Summary
