Skillful hands can handle this disaster. In such a case, the most effective is a radical solution. All the rods must be ripped off without a doubt.
Then purchase (for example, in Leroy) 20 m of a two-millimeter cable in a vinyl sheath. In those places where the rods were "welded", drill holes with a 2 mm drill. To prevent the edges of the holes from cutting the cable, you need to knock a little with a core in them.
Then a cable is passed through these holes, pulled tightly along each string. The ends of the cable are tied to the frame.
There are also other repair options. The rod-string that has fallen out of its nest in the transverse tube of the frame must be reinserted into the nest again and bend the tip. And then gently wrap this place with electrical tape, fill it with epoxy glue or "cold welding" compound.
And the most effective and effective way for the advanced is to weld the string well. But this is only if the dryer is made of stainless steel.

Breakdowns occur elsewhere as well. Legs often break, because they bear the main load - the entire weight of wet linen. With this problem, people are managed to the extent possible and skill. A simpler option is to reinforce the leg with a wooden plate. Not very aesthetically pleasing, but cheap and durable. Metal brackets-lining look more graceful.
There are two more robust options available. The first is that you need to cut the leg at the place of breakage, straighten and clean the ends, insert a tightly wooden insert into the pipe, it is also possible with glue.
And the second method is that the sawn ends are inserted into a metal tube of a suitable diameter and about 20 cm in size. To ensure it does not slip at both ends, secure this tube with small self-tapping screws. If done carefully, the tube will not interfere with folding.
