  3. Put the mass on low heat, cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. the cream burns quickly. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla sugar, mix well, cool slightly. Do not be alarmed if the cream is slightly liquid, as it cools it will thicken.
  4. Cover the glass mold with foil, put a layer of "ears", grease with cream, then again - a layer of cookies, etc.
  5. After cooling completely, put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Turn the form onto a large flat plate, carefully remove the foil. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs on top.

You will need:

  • cookies "Rybka" - 300 g;
  • kiwi - 3 pcs;
  • banana - 3 pcs;
  • sour cream - 0.5 kg;
  • sugar - 170 g;
  • vanilla to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Beat sour cream with vanilla and sugar with a mixer until it is completely dissolved.
  2. Cut ripe but firm banana into small cubes, pour into a bowl of cookies.
  3. Pour everything with sour cream, mix everything carefully and thoroughly.
  4. Cover the rounded glass form with cling film (the edges should hang slightly), line the bottom and sides with kiwi slices.
  5. Then, carefully, so that the fruits do not fall, fill with a mixture of crackers and sour cream. Tighten the top of the dessert with a cake spatula.
  6. Wrap the edges of the film inside, put the mold in the refrigerator and leave there overnight.

  • water - 1 glass;

  • kiwi - 2-3 pcs;
  • tangerine - 1 pc;
  • orange - 1 pc.

Preparation:

  1. Stir cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a blender until smooth, let stand for 10 minutes so that the sugar is completely dissolved. If the cottage cheese is with grains, then you must first wipe it through a sieve.
  2. Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the sachet.
  3. Cut fruit beautifully, put them in a rounded shape covered with cling film.
  4. Beat the curd mass again, add the prepared gelatin and mix.
  5. Gently pour the resulting mixture into a mold with fruits, put the dessert in the refrigerator to solidify. This usually takes 2-3 hours.

Curd cheesecake

  • cookies - 250 g;
  • pasty cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • condensed milk - 1 can;
  • instant gelatin - 1 sachet;
  • milk or water - 2-3 glasses.

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, grind the cookies until a very fine flour-like crumb is obtained. If there is no equipment at hand, then you will have to put it in a bag and roll it with a rolling pin several times with effort.
  2. Mix the butter with the cookies until smooth.
  3. Line the mold with parchment, fill with an oily mixture, shape the sides. Tamp well with a round wooden pestle or glass.
  4. Pour water into gelatin and leave for 10 minutes, then heat the mixture in a water bath until the pieces disappear completely.

  • butter - 50 g;
  • cocoa powder - 3 tbsp;
  • chocolate cookies - 250 g;
  • condensed milk - 4 tablespoons

Cream filling:

  • milk - 0.4 l;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • coconut flakes - 100 g;
  • flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • gelatin - 10 g;
  • condensed milk.

Chocolate Sparkling:

  • milk - 3 tbsp;
  • butter - 2 tsp;
  • dark chocolate - 60 g.

Preparation:

  1. Let the gelatin swell in 50 ml of milk.
  2. To prepare the base, grind cookies into very small crumbs, add condensed milk to it, add cocoa, add soft butter, mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Cover the form with a film, fill with the resulting oily mass, tamp with a tablespoon or glass, do not form the sides. Put in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour.
  4. To prepare the cream filling, mix the condensed milk, flour and egg, add milk in portions, mix again, heat over medium heat. Pour coconut flakes into the hot mass, cook until thickened. Add butter, pour in the gelatin solution, mix thoroughly.
  5. Fill the chilled base with the filling and return the mold to the refrigerator.
  6. While everything solidifies, prepare the icing. Add chocolate, broken into small pieces, to milk, pour in butter, put in a water bath (or in a microwave), heat, stirring occasionally, to get a homogeneous mass.
  7. Pour icing on the well cooled cake and refrigerate again.
  8. Remove the bounty cake from the mold, sprinkle the sides and top along the outline with white coconut crumbs. You can make a stencil, and use a crumb to apply some kind of inscription or pattern.
