President Vladimir Putin held a meeting to organize a phased exit from the strict self-isolation regime. A number of forecasts were announced at the meeting. In particular, it was announced that from May 12, construction industry enterprises can resume their work. Sergei Sobyanin told about this with his report.
The mayor of Moscow cited data that in the capital the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection has reached a plateau. For two weeks, the number of hospitalizations and seriously ill patients has not been growing in the capital. This allows you to remove some of the restrictions.
“We believe that the exit from the regime of self-isolation of the service sector is still premature. So far, the situation that we are observing does not provide an opportunity to open objects in the sphere of services and everyday life. But this makes it possible for us to make a decision from May 12 to allow the work not of a part of industrial enterprises, as it is now, but to all industrial enterprises, not part of construction enterprises, but to all construction enterprises, "Sergei said Sobyanin.
Sobyanin also added that such concessions will seriously stimulate not only the economy of the capital, but will also help support the regions. Only about half a million Muscovites will be able to resume their work. At the same time, the self-isolation regime introduced in Moscow to combat the spread of the coronavirus infection COVID-19 will not soften after May 12, Sergei Sobyanin added.
