On May 1, the acceptance of applications from candidates for the position of the head of the State Construction Supervision Service of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug began. The competition will be held in an open form, applications for it are accepted on the portal Personnel89.rf within a month - until June 1. Experienced construction professionals are expected to participate in the competition. The initiative to hold an open competition belongs to the Governor of the Okrug Dmitry Artyukhov.
“We are forming a personnel reserve for the position of the head of the state construction supervision. This is a very important direction for Yamal, given the number of tasks that we have set for ourselves - dozens of new kindergartens and schools, new hospitals, and the development of the entire region. Today, when this position is vacant, I want to invite everyone who thinks they deserve to take it to take part in the competition. We are looking for highly professional builders with experience. I would very much like it to be people associated with Yamal, those who were born or worked here for a long time, but this is not the main criterion. We will be glad to specialists from all over the country if they show that they are the best, ”said the head of the region Dmitry Artyukhov.
The second stage of the competition - full-time - will be held in Salekhard on July 1 and 2. The organizers warn that the timing of the face-to-face stage may be adjusted depending on the current situation with coronavirus in the region. Over the course of two days, experts in the field of personnel assessment will study the personal and managerial competencies of applicants for the position. As a practical task for candidates to solve a professional case with a visit to the site.
The results of the open competition will be announced on July 3. All stages of the competition will be widely covered in the media.
The candidate must meet the qualification requirements. First, to have a higher education and work experience in the specialty (or civil service experience) - at least 4 years. Work experience can be both in government agencies and in budgetary and commercial organizations. The preferable education of the participants of the competition is in the specialty "Industrial and civil construction". A tangible plus will be the availability of additional higher education in the specialty "Jurisprudence". Applicants must have knowledge of the specifics of the construction industry, the role of the service state construction supervision, strategic priorities in the region, as well as know new technologies used in construction. In addition, applicants for the position must understand the legislation in the field of construction, including equity.
