Seven regions - Khakassia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Astrakhan, Novgorod, Magadan, Saratov and Tomsk regions are ready to relocate people from emergency housing ahead of schedule, not in 2022, but already before the end 2021. For this, part of the federal funds will be paid ahead of schedule. This measure was announced by Vladimir Putin at a meeting on stimulating the construction industry. According to the president, additional resources to support the construction sector are now urgently needed. He noted that it is necessary to consider the possibility of redistributing part of the costs of the program of resettlement of emergency housing in order to increase the rate of resettlement of citizens.
Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin instructed the regional authorities to prepare plans for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, according to the press service of the Deputy Prime Minister following the meeting of the presidium of the commission on regional development.
“We ask the heads of the regions to prepare plans for the relocation capacity of the regions. And I would like to stress that we need specifics: where, where and to what extent residents can be resettled, ”Khusnullin’s words are quoted in the message.
We are talking about the housing stock of these seven regions (recall once again the regions - Khakassia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Astrakhan, Novgorod, Magadan, Saratov and Tomsk regions), which was recognized as emergency before January 1 2017. It is expected that an additional 30 billion rubles will be allocated for these purposes.
