The owner was often burdened with difficult judicial red tape, and square meters had to be provided with water and everything necessary for life. Last year, the procedure for converting garden houses into residential ones was simplified.
Now it is of a notification nature - it is necessary to submit an application to local authorities, to which an opinion on the survey of the house should be attached. However, it is worth remembering that not every country house can be considered residential.
If you have erected buildings on land for gardening, then you will not be able to issue a residence permit on such a land plot, since capital construction is prohibited there by law. It is necessary to register a plot on general purpose land.
