installation Procedure
Winter kit is mounted on the external unit. This allows to use a conditioner for cooling a cold (up to - 30 ° C).
To connect the set to an external module you must dismantle it, remove the outer and the side cover, front panel. You can then move on to the connection:
- Heating device crankcase of the compressor;
- temperature sensor with connecting it to the fan;
- cable for heating the drainage tube.
Upon completion of all connections earlier removed elements of the housing back in place and the unit is placed on the brackets.
Installation of the compressor crankcase heater
Due to the heater of the oil bath temperature is higher than the heat exchanger, which prevents the oil mixed with freon. It is located in cooler parts of the design and when starting does not take away from an oil. This provides the necessary lubrication when the air conditioner starts to operate and saves his working life. Connecting the controller
Retarder controller or reduces air flow through the condensing unit portion. This prevents freezing of radiator grilles, ice formation and hypothermia devices. Retarder consists of:

Sensor
It begins with the installation of the moderator with the sensor. To do this:

Variable speed drive

According to the scheme (Fig. 1) connect:
- yellow regulator input cable to the respective terminal of the fan;
- regular orange connect wire with a black output regulator.
When multi-speed fan (Fig. 2):
- Yellow input to the sensor cable are placed all fan speeds;
- on black connects the maximum speed.
If the heating mode is present, include its wire to the terminal according to the scheme without isolating and fastened on the housing. At times fasten the remaining wires (blue, brown), heating wire, power is supplied to them.
Drainage installation of heating cable
This cable is needed if drainage displayed outside. heating wire drainage tube supports required temperature to prevent ice plugs and inward penetration condensate system with its output down. There are two types of wires heats:
- with internal mounting in a drainage tube cavity;
- with the outside, reaching the surface of the pipe.
To install the wires necessary to:
- seal the ends to create a robust waterproof insulation;
- plastic clamps to fix it to the drain pipe;
- connected to a terminal on the external power supply unit.
If no such terminals need an additional power supply cable, which is held on the indoor unit together with the inter wiring.
After performing the installation work all the elements are returned to their original location, and checks the operation of additional equipment:
- fan speed;
- heating functionality;
- the pressure in the condenser.
