Principle of operation

Tools and materials:

  • screwdriver;
  • bolt and nut 5 mm, and two bolts with hexagon socket;
  • small piece of plywood, slightly larger than 8x8 cm, and one more for testing the finished device;
  • electric jigsaw;
  • double-sided adhesive tape;
  • sandpaper small and medium;
  • ruler and pencil;
  • chisel;
  • drill;
  • hex wrench.

When all the necessary materials are prepared, you can start work.

Steps

To begin with, we will need to remove from our old blade-cutting machines. This can be done by unscrewing the two fasteners with a screwdriver. Then follow a certain sequence of steps:

  1. The knives are removed and laid aside. We do not need them for this device.
  2. Next, you need to disassemble the device by turning off the screw on its case with a screwdriver.
  3. When the case is open, we can see in it a wide metal plate, which must also be removed by unscrewing all the fasteners.
  4. A motor is located inside the device.

Important! Note that not all motors are the same. There are models with an engine, but there are mechanisms with an eccentric, but in any case they are responsible for the operation of our device.

  1. Next, take the bolt and nut by five, screw them to the arm of the armature, so that the vibration is more powerful. After this, the mechanism can be activated and the vibration level checked.
  2. When the test is completed, the cover is screwed back and briefly laid out the workpiece.
  3. Next, you need to take a small piece of plywood, draw an isosceles triangle on it.

Important! Dimensions of the triangle should be such that when it is fixed to the center of the machine, the edges of the nozzle protrude by one and a half two centimeters. Usually use a side of eight centimeters, but you can choose for yourself the best option by experience.

  1. When the triangle is drawn, you can use an electric jigsaw: gently cut the workpiece and clean all the cuts with sandpaper.
  2. Then again, take our machine, unscrew the fasteners of the adjustable plate at the top of the device, remove it.
  3. We put the plate on the center of the triangle, we circle it from all sides with a pencil, not forgetting about two holes in the middle.
  4. Then it will be necessary to make a recess for the adjustable plate in the triangle, but first drill two holes in the middle and install the hexagon socket bolts in them. If their head protrudes strongly, it will interfere with the work, so a larger diameter drill is made by grooves in the size of the bonnet.
  5. Burrs in the field of cuts should be well sanded with sandpaper.
  6. Then chisel hollow out a rectangular recess under the plate.

The final stage, we screw the plate to the device, we attach the plywood triangle to it with bolts. To keep the whole structure tight, use a hex key. The assembly is completed and our device needs to be checked.

Verification:

  • To check, prepare a sandpaper of fine grain, glue it on the back side of double-sided tape and cut from the nazhdachki with adhesive tape triangle, the size of our self-made nozzle.
  • Next nazhdachku glued to the device and check its work on a small part of the plywood.

Important! This device is well suited for very delicate grinding of various surfaces, as well as for a clean stripping. In principle, the device can cope with general finishing works on various materials, for example, wood or metal products.

Despite the fact that the surface treatment in this type of machine is only due to vibration, it will easily help to cope with small finishing works.

Order of work:

  1. First, we will analyze the machine. To do this, unscrew all the top fasteners and remove the plastic cover protecting the motor.
  2. Then, using the fastening rivets to the mobile mechanism, attach a small metal plate, which will serve as a holder for massage rollers.
  3. Actually, then install on the plate holder and the rollers themselves, which will perform massage functions.
  4. The protective cover is screwed into place, we plug the device into the network for verification.

Do the demagnetizer

We start the work, as usual - from the fact that we disassemble the device. Inside, we find a pendulum that moves the blades, coil and core in the form of the letter "T":

  1. To achieve a powerful effect, a powerful motor is initially required from the demagnetizer. We leave the part with the motor, and on the bottom part of the pendulum we saw off the case, and detach the pendulum from the coil. We'll take it aside, we do not need it for further work.
  2. We cut the top cover in the same way, and install its long part back, screwing all the fasteners.

Important! The upper part of the sawed device is not fixed firmly, since after cutting, no screws remain in it. Therefore, use an insulating tape, a solder or glue to fix the parts together.

  1. Then connect the device to the network, without pressing the power button.
  2. Then we check the work: take a few iron bolts and, for example, a screwdriver. We leave the bolts on the table, and turn the car on using the button.
  3. Apply the iron part of the screwdriver to the open core. A screwdriver with this, should immediately be attracted, and the device can make a small crack. Thus, the screwdriver is magnetized.
  4. Turn off the device and check whether the bolts are magnetized to the screwdriver.

The magnet is ready for this. But how now to demagnetize a screwdriver? It's simple:

  1. Turn on the machine, attach it to the desired object.
  2. Then, by slow circular motions, we set the machine back.
  3. At a distance of about 50 cm from the subject, you can disconnect the device.

Important! At this stage, our magnet must be demagnetized. You can check it on the same bolts.

If you have an old hair clipper, do not rush to throw it away, with a small alteration it can still serve you in a completely different quality.
