Primorye has approved a new format for the "Affordable Mortgage" program. According to the adjusted parameters, it can be obtained both for housing under construction and for ready-made housing. The program is open to residents of Primorye, as well as those who plan to move to this region. At the moment, the minimum interest rate on it has been reduced from 5.45% to 3.65%. This was reported on the website of the Primorye government.
At the end of January, the plenipotentiary of the Russian President in the Far East, Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Trutnev, said in Primorsky the region received the largest number of applications for the provision of preferential mortgage loans for residents of the Far East at 2% annual.
In addition, the marginal cost per square meter has been increased. When buying an apartment in a building under construction, the minimum rate will be 3.65%, finished housing - 5.2%. Natalia Barkova, Head of the Sales Department of Mortgage Products of the Corporation for the Development of Housing Construction, specified TASS, that from October 1, the KRZHS temporarily suspended the issuance of loans under this program, but in April the implementation of a support measure resumed.
