In connection with the recent decision of the Russian Government to move the construction industry design funding, the Minister of Construction and Housing Vladimir Yakushev instructed the heads of regions to intensify the publication of data in a single information system housing. Such a wish expressed minister on a conference call with representatives of the authorities of the Russian Federation.
Recall, according to the new decree, to July 1, 2019 the developer is obliged to make changes in the project declaration with information on raising funds in the escrow account (special expense for the safe conduct of calculations between buyer and seller). Or prove compliance with formal criteria in order to be able to raise funds without the escrow accounts. All data must be submitted to EISZHS.
So far, among the leaders of the publications in a single housing system Moscow, Kirov and Ivanovo regions, the Republic of Buryatia and Adygea. At this point in EISZHS registered more than 4 million developers, there are about 15 thousand construction data houses total area of almost 124 milliona m².
