This scenic composition of the prose of Mikhail Bulgakov will be presented at the Studio of Theatrical Art. Sergei Zhenovach made an unusual composition from the earliest materials to Theatrical Novel, the first edition of the White Guard, and other rare Bulgakov's texts.

9. №13D( Moscow Art Theater named after AP Chekhov, January-February)

A modern version of one of the most famous performances of the Moscow Art Theater. In the sitcom, Igor Vernik, Kristina Babushkina, Sergei Ugryumov, Stanislav Duzhnikov and Irina Pegova will play.

8. Dead Souls( Gogol Center, January-February)

Producer Kirill Serebrennikov first showed this unusual production of Gogol's poem in 2010 in Riga. This year the Muscovites will see the play. All roles, including women's, are performed by male actors.

7. Atomos( Mossovet Theater, February)

This dance setting is recommended to be watched in 3D glasses. The famous choreographer-producer Wayne McGregor tries to demonstrate to the viewer "what the dance is made of."

6. "Contrabass"( Moscow Art Theater named after AP Chekhov, February)

One of the most fashionable young directors today Gleb Cherepanov is releasing the play "Contrabass" by Patrick Zuskind. This is a solo performance, in which Konstantin Khabensky will play.

5. "Borders",( Bolshoi Theater, March)

"Borders" are two one-act ballets by Diana Vishneva dedicated to a woman. Both stories - "Switching" and "Woman in the room" - are distinguished by their eccentricity, boldness and unpredictability.

4. "Smile to us, Lord"( Vakhtangov Theater, March)

For the first time the director Rimas Tuminas introduced the audience to the novel by Grigory Kanovich in 1994 at the Vilnius Maly Theater. The modern production is distinguished by the star composition of the actors - in the play are Sergei Makovetsky, Victor Sukhorukov, Julia Rutberg, Viktor Dobronravov.

3. Aida( MAMT, April)

Spectators are waiting with great impatience for this production of Giuseppe Verdi's opera from director Peter Stein. The production promises to be large-scale and spectacular. The operas staged by Stein were applauded in Milan, Vienna and Salzburg.

2. "The Marriage of Figaro"( Pushkin Theater, April)

The magnificent comedy of Beaumarchais was set this time by Eugene Pisarev. The audience is particularly attracted by the star cast: Figaro - Sergei Lazarev, Earl - Alexander Arsentiev, Suzanne - Alexandra Ursulyak, Countess -Victoria Isakova.
