How to clean the iron from the scum?

Method 1

If your device has a self-cleaning function, then with the problem you will cope easily and without additional funds. In this case:

1. Prepare a deep bowl or a basin.
2. Collect water from the tank of the device.
3. Turn it on to the maximum warm-up mode.
4. Reconnect and reheat after the iron is automatically turned off.
5. Disconnect from the mains.
6. Press and hold the self-cleaning button for a while. At the same time, hold the device over the basin - all the particles of scale will pop up from the holes.

Another version of the use of citric acid, but without stripping, is as follows:

1. Dissolve 2 tsp.powder in half a glass of hot water.
2. Dampen gauze and pour into the holes.
3. Remove it after 10 minutes and turn on the iron.
4. Smooth out unwanted cloth.
5. Remove scale residues with a cotton swab dipped in the same solution.

Method 3

If you do not trust the people's means and are accustomed to using special household chemicals to clean any surface, buy a desiccant such as TOP HOUSE.Apply it this way:

1. Mix 100 g of water in a measuring cup and 50 g of a remedy.
